Plan Administration Office Relocating
The Plan Administration Office will be relocating from Markham, Ontario, to Toronto, Ontario. The first day in the new location will be September 28, 2026. The Markham office will be closed to the public on September 25, 2026. But staff will be available by phone and email.
The new office address will be:
2255 Sheppard Avenue East, Atria 1, Suite 201
Toronto, ON M2J 4Y1

GSC Everywhere has become GreenShield+.
If you already have an account with GreenShield, you will not need to create a new one. The same email and password will work on GreenShield+.
With GreenShield+, you can expect to see a modern and user-friendly site. It will be easier to submit claims, view claim history, and check coverage for all your health benefits.
It is recommended, but not necessary, that you download the GreenShield+ mobile app. To do so, search for GreenShield+ in your app or Google Play store.
